Competenze

Reporting directly to the North Area Manager and Head of AX Special Projects, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist for our division in Italy. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about aesthetics and driven to excel in a competitive sales environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Galderma's portfolio of Aesthetic products to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical and commercial expertise on our Aesthetics portfolio range.
  • Develop and grow the Galderma aesthetic portfolio by identifying key opportunities for growth within current and existing businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts through regular communication, product knowledge and educational initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical and customer service, to drive brand awareness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry.
  • Utilise CRM systems and sales tools effectively to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate insightful reports.
  • Attend professional development courses and on-going training as required.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Business or Science degree highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing or commercial setting. Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry experience an advantage.
