A dynamic sales organization in Italy is looking for a motivated Inside Sales professional to drive new customer acquisition through cold calling and sales campaigns. The ideal candidate has over three years of experience, strong communication abilities, and is a native Italian speaker with fluent English. focuses on new customer acquisition through cold contact to prospect customers, generation and lead of Sales campaigns, digital sales leads and suppliers integration plans / business referrals. It includes attracting prospect customers with comprehensive information and negotiating to achieve sales close.
Day-to-day payroll administration on managed service and outsourced platforms.
Generate new business leads from references, tradeshows, web searches, and other digital resources and qualifying them. Meet targets on budget, profitability levels, and service diversification.
Set up and lead sales campaigns based on category, service / product mix, and type of account, coordinating campaign activities with commercial team members.
Cold calling: making multiple outbound calls to potential prospects, understanding client needs, offering solutions and support on CHEP procedures, researching potential leads.
Generate relationships and engagement on social media and other demand generation digital tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), maximizing interaction with corporate pages and website.
Track performance and sales metrics monthly. Build pipelines with team members and maintain a database (CRM Salesforce) of prospective client information.
Clarify the needs of the prospect customer and evaluate size and timing of the opportunity, using CRM to track each sales stage. Prepare service offers and negotiate sales.
Make decisions on the assignment of larger opportunities to Field Sales while retaining direct negotiation in sales opportunities when possible, in agreement with the line manager.
Support Field sales agents by advising visit planning. Handle incoming calls and website emails and manage the leads as above.
You have at least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales (outbound calls) in a multinational environment.
Strong communication skills, comfortable in calling new people all day, easily connecting and interacting with prospect customers.
Proven negotiation track is a plus.
Tenacious in handling rejection and eager to expand the company with new sales and clients.
A team player.
Native Italian speaker, with a fluent level of English capable of interacting in a business context.
