Auberge Collection is seeking an In-Room Dining Chef de Rang for their prestigious property, Collegio Alla Querce, in Italy. You will deliver a refined, personalized in-room dining experience, maintain exceptional service standards, and collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure flawless guest flow.

The role requires a minimum of two years in hospitality, fluent English, and availability to work weekends and holidays in a luxury setting.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Be visibly engaged in the operation, reflecting elegance and authentic hospitality in every guest interaction.
• Create meaningful connections with guests by recognizing preferences and handling requests with discretion.
• Provide a memorable in-room dining experience that feels personal, refined, and effortless.
• Carry out duties of an in-Room Dining Server as needed, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and graceful delivery and setup of all food and beverage items in guests' rooms.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, wine, and spirits with confident recommendations.
