Auberge Collection is seeking an In-Room Dining Commis de Rang for its Florence property. This seasonal, full-time role supports in-room dining service, ensures precise delivery, and upholds the brand’s warm, attentive service philosophy.

You will join a luxury hospitality team offering guests thoughtfully prepared experiences in a stunning setting overlooking Florence and Tuscany. The position requires a genuine passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B service experience in luxury hotel or fine-dining environment preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and personalised guest experiences.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with in-room dining service: prepare, deliver, and present orders to guests' rooms with accuracy and care.
• Set up trays, trolleys, and service areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely, accurate order execution.
• Uphold Auberge’s service standards and foster warm, discreet guest interactions.
