Auberge Collection is seeking an In-Room Dining Commis de Rang to deliver thoughtful, personalised in-room dining experiences that feel truly cared for. You will contribute to creating exceptional service in guest rooms with warmth and precision.

Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and delivery of food and beverages, setting up trays and trolleys, ensuring accuracy and presentation, and coordinating orders with the Kitchen.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and personalised guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail with presentation, accuracy and service quality.
• Warm, professional and courteous demeanour with discreet guest interactions.
• Good communication and teamwork across departments.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the preparation and delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and presentation.
• Set up trays and trolleys with food, beverages, tableware and service amenities with attention to detail.
• Ensure orders are complete and presented according to standards before delivery.
• Interact with guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner and communicate any special requests to the team.
• Support communication of orders between In-Room Dining and Kitchen teams.
