A multinational engineering consultancy located in Rome is seeking an ILS Engineer to enhance their Integrated Logistics Support efforts. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least two years of experience in ILS. Responsibilities include managing logistics documentation and conducting critical analyses to support systems throughout their lifecycle. RINA is currently recruiting for an ILS Engineer to join its office in Rome, Naples, Genova, La Spezia within the Aerospace & Defence Division.

Mission

Join our team at RINA Consulting S.p.A. as an ILS Engineer: you will play a key role in Integrated Logistics Support discipline, working in projects for leading stakeholders in the Aerospace & Defense industry. You will be part of a team dedicated to achieving excellence, providing you with the opportunity to showcase and improve your skills in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Key Accountabilities
  • Prepare and manage Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation, including Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) Records, FMECA reports, Maintenance Plans, and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) assessments.
  • Conduct Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Testability (RAMT) analyses to support system design, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate spare parts provisioning, item codification, and obsolescence management to ensure continuous and efficient system support.
  • Support configuration management activities to maintain alignment between design data, technical documentation, and delivered systems throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and technical manuals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and full compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
  • Ensure all logistics and support activities comply with contractual requirements, customer specifications and standards, providing appropriate updates to the customer.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications
  • Preferable at least two years of experience in ILS discipline.
