The role requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills alongside a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution. This position involves optimizing inventory and coordinating projects to align with production goals.

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

• To Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
• Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
• Leads a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
