Competenze

  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
  • Proficient English & Italian speaker and writer.
  • Experience in e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus.
  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility, and can work independently.
  • Motivated team player who enjoys the e-travel and hospitality sector.
  • Currently authorized to work in Italy.

  • Pro-active communication with partners via telephone.
  • Leading portfolio of partners and being their primary contact.
  • Identifying potential partner leads for further follow-up.
  • Maintaining stable relationships with partners through frequent calls.
  • Becoming an expert in Booking.com's products to assist partners.
  • Finding opportunities to improve Booking.com's business through segmentation.
  • Addressing Customer Service issues efficiently.
  • Supporting organization of partner events and workshops.
  • Handling inbound calls and written requests from accommodation partners.
  • Showcasing teamwork for office-related projects.

Conoscenze
