A leading company in the F&B industry located in Friuli-Venezia Giulia seeks an experienced HR Supervisor to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, oversee performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus, and priority will be given to candidates domiciled in the area.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.
Manage Compensation & Benefits administration (payroll).
Oversee the Performance Appraisal process and ensure timely evaluations.
Monitor and manage attendance and employee database.
Manage contract staff and handle KITAS documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Support and implement HR operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Supervisor/HR Coordinator in the F&B industry, or 5 years as HR Generalist.
Strong understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
Experience using HRIS Talenta is a plus.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Able to join immediately.
Priority will be given to candidates domiciled in Bali.
