Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and contributing to people-related initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and HR-related inquiries
  • Support performance management, feedback, and engagement cycles
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and external partners throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain HR documentation, policies, and ensure local compliance
  • Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives
  • Collaborate with global People & Culture teams to localize HR practices
  • Track HR and recruitment metrics, reporting, and insights
  • Contribute to culture, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives
  • Currently living in São Paulo, Brazil
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with hands‑on recruitment responsibilities
  • Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
  • Background in startup or fast‑paced environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
  • Interest in technology, digital products, and modern HR practices
  • Strong cultural awareness and people‑centric mindset
