Overview

We are looking for an HR Manager Retail for a major fashion company with HQ in Milan, Italy. The candidate will be responsible for all HR-related tasks, with a strong focus on recruitment, performance management, payroll and administration, and legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Retail Manager to support the business and implement Store Business action plan
• Recruit and conduct screening interviews for store staff positions and make recommendations for new hires
• Contribute to expense control by managing payroll and the forecast/budget process
• Participate in creating a collaborative environment and foster open and constructive communication with employees
• Manage, in partnership with the Store and Retail Management, all HR disciplinary actions (retraining, warnings, prior meetings, etc.)

• Strong experience in Retail HR activities – Fashion sector
