Job summary

Rotork Controls Italy is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will identify hazards, develop mitigation plans, and implement them across the organization.

Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, you will conduct audits, KPI reporting, and corrective actions, driving continuous improvement of safety and environmental performance across operations in Italy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a structured company.
• Mastery of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international standards on safety and environmental management systems.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards, assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate ASPP tasks per DLgs 81/2008 and related regulations.
• Prepare and deploy improvement plans; conduct internal audits and KPI reporting.
• Work proactively to achieve HSE objectives and drive continuous improvement.
