Rotork Plc in Italy is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards with management, develop mitigation plans, and implement them on an ongoing basis.

You will coordinate ASPP tasks under D.Lgs. 81/2008, assess risks, and design preventive measures while reporting KPI results.

Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, you will conduct audits, Gemba walks, and drive continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years in the role in a structured company.
• Mastery of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international Standards on Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports, work under pressure and deliver effective changes.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and identify hazards with management.
• Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008 and assess risks with prevention and control measures.
• Prepare and deploy business improvement and corrective plans, conduct internal audits and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with team to manage health and safety and environmental objectives, driving continuous improvement.
