Rotork is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards, and implement mitigation plans. You will coordinate ASPP tasks, perform audits, and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across the site.

The role requires 3+ years in HSE, strong regulatory knowledge, and ability to analyze data and report on safety metrics. English proficiency is required and the position is based in Italy with on-site responsibilities.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a similar HSE role in a structured company
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Familiar with international standards for Safety and Environmental Management Systems
• Able to analyze data, generate measures and reports under pressure
• Able to interact at all levels and work in a team
• Excellent communication skills and pragmatism

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ASPP tasks and Risk Prevention activities
• Identify hazards, assess risks and implement control measures
• Conduct internal audits and KPI reporting
• Develop improvement plans and monitor corrective actions
• Promote health, safety and environmental performance across the organization
