Job summary

Rotork plc is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards across the organization in Italy. You will identify hazards, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans while coordinating ASPP tasks under D.Lgs. 81/2008.

You will conduct audits, KPI reporting, and drive continuous safety improvements in partnership with management and teams. Excellent communication and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires specialized or technical degree relevant to HSE roles.
• Includes ASPP qualification as per D.Lgs 81/08.Experience as Internal Auditor for one or more Management Systems (ISO).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards across the organization.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare and deploy improvement and corrective actions; conduct internal audits and KPI reporting.
