Job summary

Rotork is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental protection. You will identify hazards, develop mitigation plans, and implement controls while coordinating ASPP activities under D.Lgs. 81/2008.

Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, you will lead audits, KPI reporting, and corrective actions to improve performance and achieve corporate HSE objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an HSE role within a structured company.
• Strong knowledge of Italian safety regulations and ISO standards.
• Ability to analyze data, propose measures, and report results.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and develop mitigation plans to protect workers and the environment.
• Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008 and monitor their execution.
• Conduct audits, KPI reporting, and root-cause investigations to drive improvement.
