Job summary

Rotork Plc is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards and implement mitigation plans. You will coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008, conduct audits and KPI reporting, and drive continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years in a similar role in a structured company.
• Mastery of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international standards on safety and environmental management systems.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports and implement changes.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards, assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008.
• Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks and KPI reporting.
• Develop and deploy improvement plans to meet HSE objectives.
