Job summary

Rotork Plc is seeking an HSE Engineer in Tuscany to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. You will identify hazards, design mitigation plans, and lead risk assessments across the organization.

Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, you will conduct audits, Gemba walks and KPI reporting, driving continuous improvement and proactive safety initiatives for workers and the environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role in a structured company.
• Mastery of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international standards for safety and EMS.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards, assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Develop and deploy prevention and protection measures.
• Conduct internal audits, KPI reporting, and corrective actions.
