Job summary

Rotork Plc is seeking an HSE Engineer for its Italian operations. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations, identifying risks, and implementing preventive measures.

You will manage ASPP tasks under DLgs 81/2008, perform internal audits, Gemba walks and KPI reporting, and drive corrective actions with senior management. A proactive, data-driven professional with strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Mastery of safety and environmental regulations
• Familiar with international standards on safety and environmental management systems
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports
• Proactive, autonomous and works well under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards across the organization
• Coordinate ASPP activities per DLgs 81/2008
• Identify hazards, assess risks and implement mitigation plans
• Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks and KPI reporting
• Investigate injuries and incidents and drive corrective actions
• Collaborate with management to improve HSE performance and environment health
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in HSE domain
