Job summary

Rotork is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards and manage risk across facilities in Capannori, Italy. You will identify hazards, design mitigation plans, and implement them, reporting to the HES Facility Manager.

You will conduct internal audits, gemba walks, and KPI reporting, driving continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance. Strong communication and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a structured company in this role.
• Mastery of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international standards on Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports, and implement changes.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards, develop mitigation plans and implement them across the organization.
• Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008 and ensure compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and KPI reporting, investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Work with the team to improve health, safety and environmental performance.
