Job summary

Rotork Plc is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards across the organization. You will identify hazards, develop mitigation plans, and implement them with management support. You will coordinate ASPP tasks under D.Lgs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role in a structured company.
• Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international safety and environmental management standards.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, and report results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ASPP tasks with Risk Prevention Service and ensure task execution.
• Conduct internal audits and Gemba walks, problem-solving investigations and KPI reporting.
• Analyze injuries, accidents and near-misses, documenting results and proposing corrective actions.
• Work with teams to manage health, safety and environmental aspects and drive continuous improvement.
