Rotork Plc in Italy is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards, and design mitigation plans. You will coordinate ASPP tasks per DLgs 81/2008 and support continuous improvement through audits, KPI reporting, and corrective actions.

Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, you will drive risk reduction, collaborate with management, and contribute to health, safety and environmental objectives while leveraging MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HSE role in a structured company.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international safety and environmental management standards.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures and run reports.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify hazards and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs 81/2008.
• Conduct internal audits, KPI reporting and incident analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement of HSE performance.
• Support management in achieving HSE objectives.
