Position

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in active candidate search , preferably in the technical / engineering sector , with experience in international recruitment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles
  • Conduct active sourcing through headhunting, social media, networking, and recruitment platforms
  • Manage the entire recruitment process up to offer negotiation
  • Organize and participate in recruiting events , career fairs, and employer branding initiatives
  • Track recruitment KPIs (time to hire, source of hire, etc.) and maintain an updated candidate database

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in technical / engineering roles
  • Strong expertise in active sourcing and headhunting techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus

The position is based at our headquarters in Parma
