Un'importante azienda della moda con sede a Breganze cerca un Recruiter HR da integrare nel proprio dipartimento. Il candidato gestirà il processo di reclutamento per le posizioni di Head Office, collaborando con i manager per definire i profili dei candidati e ottimizzando l'esperienza dei candidati. È richiesta un'esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel reclutamento e una forte passione per l'industria della moda. È previsto un contratto a tempo determinato.

Competenze

  • 3+ anni di esperienza in reclutamento, preferibilmente in aziende strutturate.
  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti di reclutamento e delle tecniche di sourcing.
  • Ottima attitudine alla comunicazione e gestione delle priorità.

Mansioni

  • Gestire il processo di reclutamento end-to-end per posizioni di Head Office.
  • Collaborare con i manager per comprendere le esigenze aziendali.

HR RECRUITER

At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (VI), we are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our HR Department. He/She will primarily support Head Office recruitment activities for Diesel. This role represents an opportunity for a recruitment professional who is eager to grow within the fashion industry and actively contribute to the development of a people‑centric organization.

The role’s main responsibilities are:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office positions, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and offer management;
  • Partner with Line Managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles;
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels;
  • Coordinate interviews and provide a smooth and professional candidate experience;
  • Support employer branding initiatives related to talent acquisition;
  • Maintain and update the Successfactor Platform and recruitment reporting;
What requirements you need to have:
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within structured companies or dynamic environments;
  • Strong interest in the fashion/luxury industry;
  • Experience in recruiting corporate/Head Office profiles;
  • Good knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment;
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support broader HR activities;
  • High English level is required; the knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
