A leading technology company is seeking an HR Business Partner in Rocca, Piemonte. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in international firms. Responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, supporting managers in recruitment, and fostering organizational development. You will be part of the Italy Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the business performance and achievement of company goals by implementing effective HR strategies in compliance with company guidelines. Your focus will be on enhancing managerial and leadership skills, fostering a performance culture, and improving employee experience.
An important part of your activity will be to build and establish strong business partnerships with all stakeholders within your organizational perimeter (both Managers and Employees) to achieve growth goals and organizational development through the following main activities:
As part of the company, you will be expected to work collaboratively as part of the One HR Team in synergy with the HR group to improve effectiveness, cohesiveness, and collaboration, ensuring the best results for the business.
