• Assisting guests with inquiries, offering menu recommendations, and answering any questions they may have
• Collaborating with the service and kitchen teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and managing the overall ambiance of the dining area
• Supporting the team in maintaining Nusr-Et’s exceptional service standards for all guests
