Qualifikationen

• 3+ years working within the Hospitality Industry and/or related 3rd Level Qualification.
• Experience in Revenue/Marketing/E-Commerce roles.
• Fluency in Italian is mandatory.
• English: Perfect command.

Aufgaben

• Drive and grow revenue for a portfolio of hotels in Italy.
• Set yearly and monthly revenue targets with the team leader and work to achieve them.
• Ensure clients' online booking platforms are optimised to maximise conversions and upgrades.
• Develop online strategies based on market trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to maximise clients' online visibility and traffic.
• Assist clients in converting website visits through conversion optimisation strategies.
• Educate clients on new digital marketing and tech initiatives for early adoption.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with clients.
• Support contract renewals with a proactive client-retention approach.
