Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Italy to own the post-implementation journey for a portfolio of international clients in hospitality SaaS. You will drive adoption, engagement, and retention while coordinating with Account Management, Product, Support, and Professional Services in a fully remote, global setting.

You will monitor health metrics, run customer reviews, and develop tailored success plans to enable measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years in hospitality or events-facing roles such as hotel/venue ops, events, or similar.
Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional decision-makers.
Change management experience; ability to drive adoption of new tools/processes.
Excellent organization, planning, follow-up, and documentation across many accounts.
Fluent English and at least one of German, French, or Spanish.

Responsibilities

Own the post-implementation customer journey and renewals for a portfolio of international customers.
Build trusted relationships with IT, marketing, sales, operations, and senior management.
Develop and execute customer success plans to maximize platform value.
Monitor health, usage, and sentiment; identify risks and opportunities for upsell/expansion.
Lead structured customer engagements with business reviews and stakeholder meetings.
Coordinate training, product communications, and community events to drive adoption.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and internal systems.
Provide feedback to Product/Support to improve customer experience.
