Airbnb is hiring a Market Associate to grow long-tail hosts in an assigned territory, focusing on retention, growth, and optimization. You will build strong relationships, guide pricing and listings, and help hosts maximize revenue across the platform.

You will also support onboarding conversations, deliver education programs, and work with Market Managers on webinars and scalable communications to drive host success.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
• 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management.
• Highly goal-driven, with a strong bias for action and persistence in the face of challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly working with leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Fluency in Italian & English.

• Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb.
• Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
• Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams.
• Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs.
