Smartness, a leading hospitality tech SaaS, is seeking a Revenue Manager to help hotels maximize revenue through our RMS platform. You’ll blend technical expertise with strategic consulting for an international client base and guide clients to adopt best practices for measurable growth.

Fluent Italian and English are required, German is a plus. This remote role offers competitive OTE packages across Italian and DACH markets, reflecting experience and impact.

Competenze

• Italian and English fluency; German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in hotel revenue management with pricing and distribution knowledge.
• Customer success orientation to support SaaS adoption and financial outcomes.
• Analytical forecasting abilities and data-driven growth strategies.
• Hotel consultancy background is advantageous.
• Familiarity with RMS, PMS, channel managers and CRM tools.

• Customer Consulting & Support: Engage daily with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored advice to optimize revenue through Smartness.
• Revenue Optimization: Analyze performance data and market trends, recommending pricing and distribution strategies that maximize returns.
• Platform Adoption: Support clients by providing strategic guidance, training, and best practices, while collaborating closely with onboarding for the Ultra segment to ensure effective adoption.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Manage KPIs and analytical reports, identify improvement areas, and propose innovative solutions to enhance revenue strategies.
