Job summary

Smartness is seeking a Junior Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Management team. You will work with hotels in Italy and the DACH region, learning how data, technology, and the Smartness platform drive revenue decisions and bookings.

This role is ideal for recent graduates who enjoy numbers, analytics, and client consulting. You will develop your skills with hands-on experience, collaborate with onboarding teams, and gradually become a trusted advisor for hospitality partners.

Qualifications

• German language fluency required for DACH client engagement.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Economics, Business, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and consulting to hotel clients on the Smartness platform.
• Analyze hotel performance, market trends, pricing, and KPIs.
• Assist in revenue optimization through pricing and distribution strategies.
• Help clients adopt the platform and share best practices.
• Monitor performance data and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Continuously learn Revenue Management, hospitality tech, and SaaS.
