A leading education technology company is seeking an Education Content Developer to translate and adapt educational content for the Italian education system. The role requires a native Italian speaker with strong English skills and an advanced degree in teaching or pedagogy. Responsibilities include working collaboratively to refine educational materials and providing insights into the Italian curriculum. This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours.

Role Responsibilities

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex nuances in education workflows in Italy, reflecting curriculum standards and pedagogy.
• Write fluently in both Italian and English, ensuring precise education terminology and nuanced expression across languages.
• Provide cultural insights specific to the Italian education system, including assessment, classes, and school norms.
• Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine content, validate accuracy, and align outputs with educational standard practices in Italy.
• Leverage teaching and education expertise to train cutting-edge AI models in the education domain.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native Italian speaker with strong written and spoken English.
• Advanced degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• 2–6+ years of professional experience teaching in Italy.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering and creating assessments to students.

Preferred

• Experience with rubric development.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
