We are looking for a Head of Sales Specialist Industry for Low Voltage Electrical Market, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Electrical Product Business Unit – Smart Infrastructure Business Area .

Responsible for leading and coordinating a nationwide team of Sales Specialists focused on the industrial market, within the Electrical Products Business Unit (EP), which offers an extensive portfolio of low-voltage solutions.

Head of Sales Specialist Industry for Low Voltage Electrical Market Key responsibilities include:

• Defining commercial strategies by geographic area, market segment, and sales channel, in alignment with Business Unit and Macro Area management.
• Driving business development through customer visits, market analysis, and identification of new opportunities across strategic industrial sectors.
• Managing and supporting the Sales Specialist team, ensuring alignment with business goals and individual development needs.
• Fostering collaboration with colleagues from other Business Units and Divisions to enable cross-selling initiatives and joint market approaches.
• Engaging with Area Managers, Agents, and Account Managers to coordinate efforts in vertical markets and strategic accounts.
• Organizing training sessions in partnership with Product Managers to promote existing solutions and introduce new offerings to the market.
• Maintaining continuous communication with internal stakeholders to share insights and updates on key markets and customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activitiesto provide strategic insights and proactively adjust sales approaches, ensuring the team remains competitive and aligned with evolving customer needs.
• Support the implementation of digital sales tools and CRM systems, promoting data-driven decision-making, pipeline visibility, and continuous improvement in sales performance and customer engagement.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical-commercial roles within industrial automation.
• Strong technical understanding of low-voltage products and their typical industrial applications.
• Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or equivalent technical diploma.
• Proven knowledge of trade policies, pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales terms in the Italian market.
• Excellent customer relationship management and deep familiarity with the industrial target market.
• Willingness to travel across Italy.
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create andshare knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Italian
