Your Mission as Head of Product

What You’ll Do

• Defining, owning, and executing Lexroom’s product roadmap to set the benchmark for legal AI, balancing breakthrough innovation with the uncompromising reliability required by the legal industry.

• Building, leading, and mentoring the best class team of product managers, software engineers, designers and legal experts, fostering a culture of high standards, clarity, and discipline.

• Leading deep product discovery with legal professionals and enterprise customers to identify core pain points, translating complex legal workflows into intuitive, high-value AI solutions.

• Designing and implementing scalable product discovery and delivery processes to ensure consistency, speed, and quality as the platform expands internationally.

• Setting clear product KPIs and success metrics, with a data-driven approach to monitor performance and drive continuous product improvements.

• Collaborating closely with sales, operation and marketing to align the product roadmap with go-to-market strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and international scalability.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Product or Engineering Leadership, with a proven track record of managing unified organizations (Tech, Product, and ideally Subject Matter Experts) within high-growth B2B SaaS or AI scale-ups.

• Proven ability to manage diverse teams, specifically bridging the gap between technical developers and non-technical legal experts.

• Interest of Generative AI and LLMs, with a passion for building professional-grade tools where accuracy and trust are the primary features.

• Strong leadership and communication skills combined with humility and a collaborative mindset.

• Data-driven leadership in optimizing processes, prioritizing roadmaps, and refining AI training to guarantee the absolute reliability and accuracy of legal outputs.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment—we move fast.

• Native italian speaker; Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
