A luxury fashion brand based in Milan seeks a Head of Ecommerce, EU to drive revenue and oversee trading operations. This full-time role involves optimizing digital strategies to maximize growth and profitability across various channels. Candidates should have 8-10 years of eCommerce experience, with a strong commercial acumen and a history in the luxury or fashion sectors. The position also requires developing a regional team and collaborating globally to enhance profitability.

AccountabilitiesThe Head of Ecommerce, EU will own the regional Ecommerce P&L, driving revenue, profitability, and conversion performance while shaping and executing strategies aligned with global direction and brand priorities. Reporting to the Global Director of Digital Operations, this position will proactively identify and unlock growth opportunities across owned Ecommerce channels, marketplaces, and digital marketing levers to maximize commercial impact.
