A global luxury brand is seeking a Head of Ecommerce for the EU region. This full-time role will focus on driving revenue, overseeing Ecommerce operations, and leading a team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of eCommerce experience, strong commercial acumen, and proven leadership in a multi-market environment. Responsibilities include optimizing marketing strategies and managing online performance across multiple channels. Fluency in English is required, with additional regional languages preferred.

Accountabilities

The Head of Ecommerce, EU will own the regional Ecommerce P&L, driving revenue, profitability and conversion performance while shaping and executing strategies aligned with global direction and brand priorities. Reporting to the Global Director of Digital Operations, this position will proactively identify and unlock growth opportunities across owned Ecommerce channels, marketplaces and digital marketing levers to maximize commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Operations & Trading
  • Oversee day‑to‑day Ecommerce trading, onsite merchandising, campaign execution and content accuracy.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey in partnership with global digital team, logistics, customer service and merchandising teams.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and act on insights to improve performance.
Performance Marketing Management
  • Lead regional digital acquisition and retention strategies across aligning with Global strategy and timeline.
  • Optimize marketing mix and spend efficiency to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROAS.
  • Ensure alignment between media, content and promotional planning to support commercial objectives.
Marketplace Ownership
  • Develop and execute the regional marketplace strategy, including partner management and assortment optimization.
  • Manage commercial performance, trading and operations across marketplace platforms.
  • Ensure marketplace activity supports brand positioning, pricing integrity and customer experience standards.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and develop regional Ecommerce team covering trading, marketing and marketplace functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Build digital capability across the regional organization through knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination.
Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a senior regional or multi‑market leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and profitability in an online environment.
  • Deep understanding of regional Ecommerce ecosystems, consumer behavior and digital marketing levers.
  • Luxury or fashion industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Agile, pragmatic and comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of SFCC ecosystem.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across global and local teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Fluent in English, additional regional languages are an asset: German, French.

This position is full‑time in office.
