Un fornitore globale di elettrodomestici è alla ricerca di un Hardware Engineer da inserire nel team R&D a Ancona. Il candidato ideale deve avere una laurea in ingegneria elettronica e comprovata esperienza nella progettazione hardware. Le responsabilità includono la traduzione di requisiti in design hardware, sviluppo di schemi e test di validazione. È richiesta la fluente conoscenza dell'inglese. Opportunità di crescita in un gruppo internazionale con progetti di alto impatto.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica, Automazione o campo correlato.
• Esperienza comprovata nella progettazione hardware elettronico.
• Conoscenza approfondita degli strumenti di progettazione PCB e componenti elettronici.
• Esperienza nella validazione e testing delle schede elettroniche.

• Tradurre requisiti funzionali e normativi in design hardware completi.
• Sviluppare schemi e selezionare componenti elettronici.
• Definire ed eseguire piani di test per la validazione hardware.

A leading global supplier in the household appliances industry, the company develops innovative solutions cooking technologies. With a strong international presence, its products are widely used in kitchens worldwide, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional and regulatory requirements into complete hardware designs for gas burner applications.
• Develop schematic diagrams, component selection, and architecture for electronic boards.
• Define and execute test plans for hardware validation, including reliability, safety, and performance tests.
• Collaborate closely with Software, Mechanical, Product Management, and Quality teams within a multinational R&D network.
• Support the definition of requirements in coordination with international stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies, test procedures, and design documentation.
• Interface with suppliers and technical partners for prototype development and component optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in electronic hardware design (analog & digital).
• Strong knowledge of PCB design tools, electronic components, and laboratory instrumentation.
• Experience in validation and testing of electronic boards, including test plan definition.
• Familiarity with structured development processes and multidisciplinary environments.
• Understanding of safety standards and compliance for electronic products (preferable in combustion, appliances, or industrial control).
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end projects with a methodical and structured approach.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
