Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Guest Relations Intern to support the Guest Relations department in delivering personalized, memorable experiences for guests. You will help build strong guest relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure top satisfaction in line with Minor Hotels’ hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests’ questions, needs, and requests, ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in anticipating and proactively addressing guests’ expressed and unexpressed needs.
• Support the team in handling guest feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing the arrival and departure experience of special guests, including VIPs and other distinguished guests.
• Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments to ensure a seamless and personalized stay experience.
• Promote and enhance awareness of all hotel services and facilities, as well as selected external services and local experiences.
