Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Guest Relations Intern to support the Guest Relations department in delivering personalized experiences for guests during their stay. You will help build strong guest relationships, anticipate needs, and uphold hospitality standards across the guest journey.

Key duties include responding to guest inquiries, assisting in addressing feedback, coordinating VIP arrivals, and promoting hotel and local experiences.

Responsabilités

• Respond to guests’ questions, needs, and requests, ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate and proactively address expressed and unexpressed guest needs.
• Support the team in handling guest feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate and oversee arrival and departure experiences for special guests, including VIPs.
• Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments to ensure a seamless stay.
• Promote and enhance awareness of hotel services, facilities, and local experiences.
