Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Front Office Intern to support guest reception and related activities, ensuring an excellent stay aligned with Minor Hotels’ hospitality standards.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out, data accuracy, and collaboration with operations to deliver a seamless, personalized experience. English fluency is required; a second language is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or university degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Languages, or a related field.
• Strong guest-oriented mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications.
• Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout all stages of their stay.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and handle guest requests and inquiries.
• Develop understanding of hotel services and promote them to guests.
• Manage administrative tasks related to guest stays and ensure accurate data entry.
• Support back-office activities and shift handovers, ensuring continuity of service.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to deliver a seamless and personalized guest experience.
