You will respond to guest needs, coordinate arrivals and departures for special guests, and promote hotel services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. This internship emphasizes teamwork and international exposure within the Minor Hotels group.

• Assist in coordinating and overseeing arrival and departure experiences for special guests, including VIPs.
• Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments to ensure seamless stays.
• Promote hotel services and local experiences to guests.
