Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Front Office Intern to support the Front Office team in delivering outstanding guest service. You will assist with guest reception, check-in/check-out, and related inquiries to ensure an excellent stay.

This internship offers exposure to hotel operations, collaboration with multiple departments, and opportunities to learn hospitality standards. English proficiency and a willingness to learn are important, with a monthly allowance and meal vouchers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or university degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Languages, or a related field.
• Guest-oriented mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
• Teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English; second foreign language is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
• Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
