Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Guest Relations Intern to assist the Guest Relations team in delivering personalized, memorable experiences for guests. You will help build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure maximum satisfaction during their stay.

You will respond to guest requests, coordinate arrivals/departures for special guests, and promote hotel services and local experiences.

• Respond to guests’ questions, needs, and requests, ensuring high service and satisfaction.

• Support the team in handling guest feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Coordinate arrival and departure experiences for VIPs and distinguished guests.
• Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments for a seamless stay.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and local experiences.
