Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, in partnership with Hosco.com, invites a Guest Relations Intern to support the guest relations team in delivering personalized and memorable experiences for guests staying in Tuscany.

You will respond to guest requests, coordinate experiences, and help ensure satisfaction, with a strong English command, great organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset; this role includes a monthly stipend and meal vouchers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests' questions, needs, and requests, ensuring high service and satisfaction.
• Assist in anticipating and addressing guests' expressed and unexpressed needs.
• Support the team in handling guest feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Assist in coordinating arrival and departure experiences of VIPs and distinguished guests.
• Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments for a seamless stay.
• Promote awareness of hotel services, facilities, and local experiences.
