The role supports the Guest Relations team in delivering personalized guest experiences, handling requests, and coordinating arrivals with VIP guests to ensure satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to guests’ questions, needs and requests with a high level of service.

• Support handling guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist in coordinating arrival/departure experiences for VIPs and distinguished guests.
• Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments for a seamless stay.
• Promote awareness of hotel services and local experiences.
