The ideal candidate has a hospitality diploma or degree, at least two years in front office, and strong English and Italian language skills. A positive team player with good problem-solving abilities is essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Travel & Tourism preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in a front office role.
• Knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
• Verbal and written English and Italian proficiency required.

• Welcome and register guests expeditiously and verify details per hotel procedures.
• Answer guest questions and resolve problems promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Actively upsell and cross-sell hotel services and outlets.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
