Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale is seeking a Front Office Agent to deliver exceptional service before arrival, on arrival, and during stay, from check-in to check-out. You will assist guests with reservations, information, and personal services, aiming to exceed expectations in a luxury environment.

Requirements include at least 6 months in a similar role, strong English skills, and flexibility to work shifts.
