Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale seeks a Front Office Agent in Milano to deliver consistent, high-quality service from check-in to checkout. You will welcome guests, verify information, and provide local guidance to create memorable experiences.

The role involves upselling hotel services, collaborating with departments, and maintaining guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least two years in front office, strong guest service skills, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Two years minimum experience in a front office role.
• Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and sound administrative skills.
• Strong guest service skills with effective communication to guests, management, and co-workers.
• Proficiency in English and Italian (verbal and written) is required.
• Knowledge of Opera is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Welcome and register guests expeditiously and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and coordinate with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest questions promptly and resolve issues to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel history, services, rates and packages, and assist with special projects as needed.
