Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale is seeking a Front Office Agent to deliver consistent service from check-in to checkout, creating memorable experiences for guests. You will welcome, register and assist guests, verify rates, and coordinate with hotel operations to ensure smooth arrivals.

The ideal candidate has strong guest service skills, fluent English and Italian, and at least two years in front office. Opera PMS knowledge is a plus, and a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum two years in a front office role.
• Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and strong admin skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian both verbally and in writing.

Mansioni

• Welcome and register guests expeditiously; verify rates and information.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and outlets.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
