Starhotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent for the Front Office team at our Milan properties, StarhotelsEcho and Anderson. You will be the first contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out and delivering personalized service in English and Italian.

Familiarity with Opera PMS and a passion for hospitality are essential. The role offers a structured compensation package and benefits under the CCNL Turismo, with opportunities for growth and training.
